Visions and Values
Our Vision
Audley Infant School is committed to ensuring that every member of the school family reaches their full potential in a happy, caring and safe environment.
We strive to make each individual feel valued, included and respected.
Our aim is to challenge everyone so that they can achieve their full potential in a fun and positive environment, and have the confidence in their own ability to lead a successful life in the future.
The school aims:
- To develop a secure, caring and stimulating environment in which our children can grow and learn.
- To enable all of our children to develop as independent learners.
- To encourage all of our children to develop a caring and considerate attitude towards others and themselves.
- To help our children develop self-confidence, a feeling of worth and a sense of being valued.
- To take part in school life and begin to understand how society works. To enable them to become involved citizens, knowing their rights and responsibilities.
- To help our children understand and manage their feelings and behaviours.
- To help our children to understand how to stay safe.
- To work in partnership with parents, carers and other agencies, to support our children’s development and learning.
- To respond to our children’s ideas and interests so that we can provide an enriching and appropriate learning experience for them.
