Message from Mrs Nelson- Headteacher
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope that you and your families are well and safe.
It is time to share information regarding school start in September. I have attached a Reopening Plan for Parents/Guardians to read. We will email this document to your email address on Thursday 27th August. The Reopening Plan holds essential information for you as Parents/Guardians. As you would expect at this time there are strict boundaries and rules in place. These have been implemented with guidance from Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. We have an agreed and comprehensive Risk Assessment to ensure safety for all working within our premises.
Our aim is to ensure that we provide an environment that is safe for everyone, children, staff and parents.
Sadly at this time,we are unable to welcome parents into school. You will need to call or email us with information or questions. You will be asked to wait behind cones/barriers when dropping off and collecting your children. You are also asked to distance from other adults when on school premises. Audley area is currently subject to enhanced restrictions therefore we ask for one adult only to drop off and collect pupils.
We have managed to keep school timings the same as usual. You will meet in the same places as usual but with tighter restrictions.
Please ensure that your read the guidance and understand the new procedures. If you have any questions do call school. The office will be open for phone calls from Thursday 27th August. Please do not attend school contact us via email or call us.
Best wishes to you all.
As we welcome children back to school full-time, we understand parents may feel apprehensive. Please read the information below to help reassure you.
