Communication Trust

 The Communication Trust (TCT) supports parents and the children's workforce to meet the speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) of all children.  It has information on the website to raise awareness, promote good practice and support anyone concerned with a childs speech and language development.




A parent-led organisation that helps children and young people with speech and language impairments and their families.

Provides information for parents and

professionals and produces a range of publications.



Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB)
Helps blind and partially sighted people in the UK



The Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID)
helps deaf and hard-of-hearing people in the UK.


SEN Teacher

Resources, freeware downloads, links and documents for

those involved in the education of pupils with learning difficulties, autism and other special educational needs. Some of the materials may also be of use to teachers and parents of primary aged children.



OASSIS offers a unique information service for parents and professionals.
